Microsoft mailbox onboarding

Onboarding imports an existing Microsoft mailbox before MailGen opens its mail workspace. Start with Microsoft Graph setup. App login alone does not grant the worker access to mail.

The production worker is GraphOneTimeUserOnboarder. It reads an authorized Kafka command and saves durable checkpoints. It imports provider data, prepares search, and assigns ordered mailbox processing. A process that runs is not necessarily an import that finished.
