MailGen documentation: start here
MailGen is a browser application for connected Microsoft and Google mailboxes. You can read messages, write drafts, search, and use Complexity chat or knowledge libraries. Available actions depend on the mailbox provider and your permissions.
Start with the application overview. Application login and mailbox connection are separate steps.

Data and help
A normal stop preserves storage volumes. Configuration archives, database backups, object-store backups, and personal encryption-key backups serve different purposes. None replaces the others. Lost encryption keys can make existing data unreadable.
Ctrl+K opens documentation search. In a problem report, include the affected page or command, error code, and last successful step. Exclude passwords, tokens, private keys, and complete configuration files.
