Find settings and open direct links
MailGen settings opens from your profile. Account settings belongs to the separate administration application. Sign in first. Each search shows only settings your current permissions allow.
MailGen settings
The search at the top of the settings window matches names, descriptions, and menu paths across panels. It accepts English and Hungarian terms. Permission-filtered catalog entries supply results. Search does not mount forbidden panels.
The sidebar shows sections with matches. Select a result below the field to open its section and focus the setting. Ctrl+K can also find specific settings.
Folder and label sorting settings are searchable. First choose the existing entity and open its Edit dialog. Search then opens the required accordion and locates the field. It does not choose an entity, enable Advanced mode, or save rules. If a field is conditionally hidden, navigation can target its enabling control. Sorting results need their own read permission.
For example, #settings/privacy/email-encryption opens the privacy setting. Encryption controls belong to Privacy, not a separate settings tab. The status link opens /sync?tab=encryption within the application.
Account administration
The admin search covers settings across permitted menu sections. Each result shows its tree path. Typing does not navigate. Select a result to navigate. You can share specific setting URLs.
Entity settings retain normal selection and permission checks. Search creates no group, writes no policy, and changes no setting. Group, provider, model, member, and automatic-membership-rule IDs remain in the link. Named prompt and agent-role results select the corresponding editor section.
Search does not index private keys, passwords, API keys, or prompt content. Protected provider fields first navigate to Reveal configuration. Search does not bypass reveal authorization.
A group link can use /admin/group-management?setting=Require+email+encryption&entity=<group-id>#settings/Groups/Require%20email%20encryption. Replace <group-id> with the existing group ID. Member results follow API cursors rather than stopping at 100 members. Entity names and descriptions remain untranslated user data.
If a result is absent, check its read permission and selected entity. A direct URL cannot grant access. See profile and MailGen settings.
