Understand profile and MailGen settings

Use settings search after signing in to locate the relevant panel. Profile, shared language, and theme belong to the Account user. MailGen view preferences, saved workspaces, and folder appearance belong to MailGen settings.

Switching connected mailboxes does not create another application user. Personal settings and mailbox content have different scopes. The signed-in actor authorizes actions against a separate mailbox. See identity concepts.

Saving a layout does not copy message bodies or chats. Agent tools expose a restricted subset. See MailGen agent settings.
