Manage AI limits and inherited settings

Administrators control tenant and group AI settings in Account. These settings cover models, daily message and token allowances, and context limits. Complete account login setup and use the relevant administration permissions.

Each user receives a personal allowance. A group limit is not a shared pool of consumption.

Before each model call, the application checks current permissions and remaining allowance. When usage reaches a limit, further paid calls stop. The model's own context window still applies with an unlimited daily allowance.

A run uses the prompt and model settings resolved at admission. Later administrative edits apply to later runs. This snapshot does not preserve revoked permissions.
