Microsoft mailbox synchronization
MailGen maintains a local projection of each connected Microsoft mailbox. Complete Microsoft Graph setup before connecting a mailbox. Initial import copies existing data. Later webhooks supply durable change hints, and Graph delta reads reconcile the actual content.
Request acceptance, queueing, provider application, and confirmation are separate states. Sync Center shows operations, errors, and conflicts. After a connection loss, reconciliation continues from durable state.
