Add conversations to a label
Sign in and select a mailbox. Open the label editor and choose Add conversations. You need access to the label, mail search, and the label assignment operation.
The picker distinguishes request acceptance, queueing, active search, and message-detail loading. Its count changes as results arrive. Results show the sender, subject, received time, and a short preview.
Select the required conversations and apply the assignment. An empty successful search differs from a failed, interrupted, or partial search. Check the displayed state before assuming that no matching conversation exists.
Assignments update the canonical conversation label list. Sidebar pagination does not restrict the mailbox to labels on its first page. Microsoft categories can affect a complete conversation. Acceptance does not by itself prove a remote category update. See label actions and limits.
