Use mail and label actions from chat
Open Complexity and select your owned connected mailbox. Draft, reply, forward, move, and label tools need separate operation permissions and group grants. A MailGen license and enabled chat tool selection also apply.
Approve protected actions
Send, schedule, draft deletion, moving mail to trash, and label deletion first appear as proposals. Review the exact subject, recipients, target folder, or label on the card. Confirm separately. Drafts open in the normal composer for review.
Approval is single-use, valid for five minutes, and bound to the observed revision. Changed drafts, attachments, labels, or revoked permissions can require a fresh proposal. Model-written approval text cannot replace your action.
accepted means queued. Sync Center shows operation progress and provider confirmation where supported. Normal sending uses the existing undo interval.
Limits
Moving to trash is not permanent deletion. Permanent message deletion, calendar-event deletion, and personal-contact deletion are unavailable to the agent. A reserved permission name is not an executable tool.
Sidebar label order differs from sorting-rule priority. Microsoft categories can affect the entire conversation. Review affected-conversation counts before label deletion. Do not assume every local label operation immediately changes Microsoft. See Microsoft setup and Google mail writes.
The current browser approval path requires an active verified Microsoft mailbox binding. A Google login or mailbox does not satisfy that approval boundary.
