Login identity and mailbox binding

Only login connectors enabled for the deployment appear on the sign-in page. Google login creates a MailGen session. Gmail access requires separate mailbox consent. See account login setup and Google Cloud setup.

Ordinary Google login does not grant administrator access. In a personal-Gmail deployment, the operator must establish the first administrator separately.

The actor is the signed-in app user. Its connected account selects a verified mailbox. An internal mailbox ID and provider subject keep mailbox data separate from login credentials. Mailbox generation records protect reconnection boundaries.

After reconnecting, wait for import and search readiness. A connected Microsoft mailbox remains a separate selection. One provider's permission cannot replace the other's.
