Gmail drafts, sending, and attachments
Gmail writes use the operation queue for the connected mailbox. Set up Google mailbox access first. The stable local draft ID survives a Gmail edit that replaces the provider message ID.
After sending, Gmail history reconciliation confirms the final Sent projection. accepted means request acceptance, not delivery confirmation. If the result is uncertain, inspect the original operation in Sync Center before retrying.
Attachments require a successful upload and virus scan. Content remains bound to its owner and draft. A missing or locked key can block content access. See encryption keys.
Google scheduling does not use Outlook deferred submission. Use only the schedule actions offered for the selected provider. Preserve the original operation and local data while investigating failures.
