Google login and mailbox generations

The app user, Google login connection, and Gmail mailbox are separate objects. Complete Google setup, then select the intended connected mailbox in the account selector.

A verified Google subject identifies the provider account. MailGen also records a mailbox identity generation and credential source. Reconnection or a new import does not grant access to another actor's data. Old operations and objects retain their connection and generation boundaries.
