Diagnose a Gmail import

Use the mailbox progress view after connecting Gmail. Worker health and actual import progress are separate signals. A healthy worker does not prove that every message finished.

Check the current phase, processed counts, elapsed time, and last activity. If the total is unknown, the interface cannot report a reliable completion percentage.

For interrupted work, prefer continuation from the saved checkpoint. Give the operator the mailbox ID, import ID, state, and safe error code. Full message content and tokens are unnecessary. See the operations guide for connection-specific failures.
