Mailbox view refresh

Mailbox notifications refresh the affected lists. The client combines overlapping refresh requests to avoid duplicate reads.

Each refresh belongs to the selected connected account. A response from an earlier account cannot replace the current account state. An independent reader keeps its own mailbox scope.

After reconnection or a return to the view, the browser reads current server state. If the view remains stale, inspect Sync Center and ask the operator to check the affected service.
