Real-time change notifications

MailGen notifies the browser when mailbox, search, or background-operation state changes. The view then reads current server data. The notification does not carry the complete message body.

UserRealtimeSyncEventV1 scopes events to a tenant, mailbox, and user. The server routes them through InterfaceNotifier and the authenticated BFF connection. schedule.changed carries schedule identity and state. See event-driven views for refresh behavior.

On reconnection, the browser restores views from durable state. A short connection loss does not discard accepted background work.

If a view stays stale, inspect Sync Center. Give the operator the affected account, operation ID, and safe error code. Deleting a message or storage is not a refresh procedure.
