Organization directory refresh

MailGen refreshes the configured Microsoft tenant directory in the background. Directory people can appear in contact search and organization panels. Prepare Microsoft Graph directory permissions first.

Directory refresh is separate from mail synchronization. A new directory user does not automatically create a connected mailbox or start onboarding. Connect that mailbox separately before reading its mail.

For stale or missing organization information, ask the operator to check the tenant connection, Graph permissions, and directory refresh status.

Public group details and member IDs require Graph Application permission GroupMember.Read.All with tenant administrator consent. User.Read.All covers separate people data. Group refresh can fail independently while person details remain available. See Graph directory permission setup.
