Track scheduled messages

Outlook owns delivery for an explicitly scheduled Microsoft message. MailGen observes provider draft state and projects it on Scheduled. Complete Microsoft Graph setup first.

Choose a time and time zone in the composer. The displayed local time and submitted absolute time represent the same instant. The short undo period for ordinary Send remains a separate behavior.

An accepted cancellation or reschedule is not provider confirmation. Scheduled and Sync Center show pending and failed states. Check the original operation there before retrying. Provider observations update the local schedule projection.
