Use Sync Center

Open Sync Center for the selected mailbox to inspect operations, conflicts, and diagnostics. First connect the mailbox through Microsoft Graph setup. The browser talks to the MailGen server. Do not enter Microsoft passwords or Graph tokens in Sync Center.

The operation list separates accepted, running, awaiting-confirmation, and terminal states. Expand an operation to read its changelog. Retry and conflict-resolution actions depend on permission and operation state. Backend list requests accept at most 100 items per page.

If the view shows Disconnected, ask the operator to check the application server and health response. This label alone does not prove a Microsoft outage. On reconnection, the client reads current server state.
