Read organization contact details

Embedded and floating contact panels can show organization information beside personal mail history and notes. Organization fields are read-only. Microsoft directory access needs Graph setup.

Select a manager or organization relationship to open that person. Personal mail history stays within the active mailbox and current permissions.

Missing information does not mean an empty editable contact. The available directory fields and granted access determine what the panel can show.

Public group details and member IDs require Graph Application permission GroupMember.Read.All with tenant administrator consent. User.Read.All covers separate people data. Group refresh can fail independently while person details remain available. See Graph directory permission setup.
