Sending and the undo period

The server calculates the undo deadline for normal Send. During this period, use the application undo control to cancel work that has not reached submission.

An explicit future send for a Microsoft draft transfers delivery to Outlook. See Outlook scheduling and its Graph prerequisite. This differs from the short undo period for normal sending.

Schedules persist in the database and appear on Scheduled. The scheduler scans due records after restart. Dispatch stores the operation, outbox, authorization admission, and schedule transition together. Acceptance can still precede provider confirmation. Check Scheduled and Sync Center for the result.

If delivery remains uncertain, inspect Sent and the original operation before retrying. Recovery uses provider evidence rather than repeating an ambiguous send.
