Recover a draft that cannot be scheduled
A Microsoft draft must exist at the provider before MailGen can schedule it. See Microsoft Graph setup for provider access.
The send prerequisite checks the recorded final-save operation for the same mailbox and draft. A confirmed save, or a save with recorded remote application, can satisfy the prerequisite. Queue order alone does not prove that the save succeeded.
- Open the original save operation in Sync Center.
- Resolve its error or wait for confirmation.
- Reopen and save the draft if the final save failed.
- Retry scheduling after the save succeeds.
Scheduling records authorization admission with the durable operation and outbox. Recovery checks this evidence before execution. An uncertain send requires reconciliation, not another blind submission. Do not delete the mailbox to repair a draft.
