Cancel or reschedule a send

Use this procedure for an existing Microsoft schedule. Complete Microsoft Graph setup and save the draft before scheduling.

  1. Open Cancel send or Reschedule from the Drafts Scheduled indicator, scheduled draft reader, or Scheduled page.
  2. For rescheduling, choose the new time and time zone.
  3. Confirm the change.
  4. Check the result in Scheduled and Sync Center.

The server checks the current draft and schedule revisions. It can reject a stale request or a change after submission starts. For Outlook-owned schedules, native_change_pending means Microsoft confirmation remains outstanding.

The provider adapter checks submission flags and withdraws submission. It restores the same immutable draft and clears delay properties before resubmission. It refuses unsafe changes near delivery. Do not send a second copy to resolve an uncertain state.
