Inspect storage and mailbox maintenance

Open Account administration with the relevant storage or mailbox-maintenance permission after account setup. The interface reads storage use and maintenance state through MailGen services.

Storage read permission does not authorize a mailbox reset. Before reset, the application checks the exact mailbox, confirmation email address, reason, and administrator rank protection.

Deleting local mailbox data can affect information that cannot be recovered. The Microsoft source mailbox has a separate lifecycle. Review the actual scope in mailbox lifecycle and reset before confirmation.

A complete partialRemote runtime reset is a separate unsupported operation. Do not interpret a storage report or accepted maintenance request as proof that reset completed. Inspect the reported maintenance state.
