Manage scheduled drafts from chat

Open Complexity, select the draft's owned mailbox, and enable the scheduling tools. Each needs its current scheduling permission, MailGen license, and separate group grant. For Outlook, complete Microsoft Graph setup.

listScheduledDrafts lists schedules, their states, and available actions. rescheduleDraft and cancelScheduledDraft prepare proposals for separate approval in chat.

Review the draft, existing schedule, and, for rescheduling, the new time and time zone. Approval binds the current revision. A changed draft or expired/revoked permission stops the action.

For Outlook scheduling, native_change_pending means provider confirmation is pending. An accepted request is not a completed change. Follow the final result in the Scheduled view.

The current browser approval path requires an active verified Microsoft mailbox binding. A Google login or mailbox does not satisfy that approval boundary.
