Create and rename knowledge libraries from chat

Select your owned mailbox in Complexity and enable the required knowledge tools. Current knowledge management permission, MailGen license, and separate group grants apply. See library access.

createKnowledgeLibrary creates a library owned by the active run's mailbox and tenant.

updateKnowledgeLibrary renames a library owned by that mailbox or shared with current manage access. Names contain 1 through 160 characters after trimming.

createKnowledgeFolder creates a relative folder path under the same access rules. The backend uses existing safePath and ensureFolders validation. Paths cannot escape the library.

Signed AdminService requests recheck actor and grant on every call. Model input cannot select another tenant or mailbox owner. Inspect returned library/folder IDs before requesting later operations.

These tools neither upload nor change file content. Sharing and deletion use separate tools, grants, and approval where required. See attachment upload and library deletion.
