Move mail from chat

Select an owned connected mailbox in Complexity and enable moveBetweenFolders. It needs ai.search.complexity.chat, mail.crud, mail.move, a MailGen license, active run selection, and a separate grant.

The model supplies only emailId and targetFolderId. The destination must be active in the command's mailbox. BFF dispatches POST /moveemail through the user's Kafka queue. The consumer rechecks permissions and mailbox ownership.

Acceptance is not Microsoft confirmation. Follow the operation in Sync Center. Behavior remains provider-specific. See Microsoft setup and Google writes.

Deleted Items is equivalent to deletion. This tool returns AGENT_USER_APPROVAL_REQUIRED instead of bypassing confirmation. Use the separate mail deletion proposal.

Move permission and grant do not authorize deletion, sending, or folder management.
