Understand the mailbox selected for a run

Choose an owned connected mailbox in the Complexity composer before sending a mail request. The selected mailbox binds to the accepted run.

Queued work and recovery after restart use that same binding. A later browser account selection does not redirect the run.

Every mail tool checks current ownership, user permission, product license, and tool grant. Missing or revoked access stops the action with an error. It does not silently switch to another mailbox.
