Delete knowledge files and folders from chat

Select your mailbox in Complexity and enable deleteKnowledgeFile or deleteKnowledgeFolder. Each needs its separate permission and grant, library manage access, and a MailGen license. See knowledge access.

Each tool prepares a proposal. Inspect the exact file or folder and affected content on the card. Confirm separately.

Approval binds current ownership and revision. A changed target or revoked access needs a fresh proposal. Read-only sharing does not authorize deletion.

Deleted metadata blocks retrieval immediately while object/vector cleanup continues. Complete library deletion remains a separate owner-only operation.

The current browser approval path requires an active verified Microsoft mailbox binding. A Google login or mailbox does not satisfy that approval boundary.
