Approve actions on drafts with attachments

Select the draft's mailbox in Complexity. Enable the requested action with its operation permission, MailGen license, and tool grant. The agent can propose send, schedule, deletion, rescheduling, or schedule cancellation for a draft with attachments.

Review the draft, recipients, time, and complete attachment list on the card. The model cannot execute these actions independently. Confirm separately in the browser.

Approval binds the observed draft and attachment revision. Added or removed files, changed content, or revoked rights can reject it. Request a fresh proposal for the current revision.

The current browser approval path requires an active verified Microsoft mailbox binding. A Google login or mailbox does not satisfy that approval boundary.
