Manage personal contacts from chat

Open Complexity, select your mailbox, and enable personal-contact tools. Each needs its group grant, chat access, and MailGen license.

listOwnContacts and getOwnContact need contacts.own.readinfo. Pages default to 25 and accept at most 100 contacts with a cursor.

createOwnContact needs both contacts.own.create and contacts.own.crud. updateOwnContact needs contacts.own.update, contacts.own.crud, and contacts.own.readinfo for its current-contact preflight. Writes require an active mailbox. Each tool must remain selected in the chat and have its separate group grant.

Organizational or external contact read access does not authorize personal-contact mutations. The model cannot select another owner or mailbox. Writes use ordered /contact commands and return an accepted operation ID. Acceptance is not provider confirmation. Follow it in Sync Center.

Personal-contact deletion is unavailable to the agent. A reserved permission does not create an executable tool. Use catalog search for organizational or external entries.
